When renting a property through O'Gorman Properties, the following items will be required:

Payment of a security deposit (usually the equivalent of one month's rent)

In addition, at least two references will be required:

	A previous landlord's reference
	An employer's reference (If self-employed e.g. a reference from an accountant or solicitor)
	A current bank reference

Note: all lettings are subject to the prospective tenant providing satisfactory references. You will be asked to sign a letting agreement. When the rent exceeds €19,046 per year the tenant is due to pay stamp duty of 1% of the annual rent, plus a stamping charge of €12.70.
